Cheryl Ray did an outstanding job finding my grandmother a place when she moved to Austin. My grandmother moved to Austin because my grandfather passed away and she wanted to be close to the rest of her family. When she arrived here she stayed with my mother but wanted a small place of her own. She wanted a small place close to my mother with little to no maintenance. Cheryl updated her daily, really listened and understood what she wanted. Cheryl found a place that had just been listed that was on my mother’s street, with a home owners association, (that took care of all maintenance), and it was a condo. Throughout the transaction Cheryl took the time to go to their house to explain each step of the transaction to both my mother and my grandmother. She negotiated a great price, got an extended warranty on the property and kept in touch with my grandmother after the transaction to ensure her satisfaction.
